On Friday 18th November 2011, St Mary's Middle School arranged for a tractor, driven by a local farmer to carry the Torch to St Mary's Catholic First School. The whole school turned out to see it arrive and watch the handover of the Torch. Many of the children were colourfully dressed for Children in Need day.
